Nur Academy Admissions Policy
- Students admitted must submit all required documentation, including academic records and discipline records, as well as birth certificate, health records and shot records.
- Custody papers or similar legal documentation must be submitted in any cases where there are not two parents enrolling the child(ren).
- No student can be admitted into a grade level if he/she is > 2 years older than the average age of students in that grade level.
- It is the policy of Nur Academy to ensure equal admission opportunity without discrimination or harassment on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, marital status, citizenship, national origin, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by law. Nur Academy prohibits any such discrimination or harassment.
Admissions Process
1. The admissions process will include:
- Review of actual application process
- Review of documentation required
- Review of tuition & fees required
- Tour of the facility
- Question & Answer
2. Preliminary review of the application and documents to ensure completeness.
3. Notification of the parents via phone AND email if:
- Application is complete and will be forwarded to the Admissions Committee for review.
- Application is missing certain items that must be completed before the application can be forwarded to the Admissions Committee for review.
Tuition & Fees
- Annual tuition: $8,500
- New student application fee: $350
- Existing student application fee: $150
- Family Discount: Pay full price for one child and receive 10% off tuition for each additional child enrolled.
- All fees are due on the 1st day of classes.
- Tuition may be paid in full in August or in 10 monthly payments August – May
Financial Aid
- It is Nur Academy’s policy to work with families in order to meet their financial needs. Nur Academy will determine a family’s eligibility for financial aid on a case-by-case basis taking into consideration verified income and admissions criteria.
